These are great thoughts and ones easily encorporated into social media.  In sales, and client management in general, we are trained to ask &quot;probing questions&quot; to our clients and leads.  It is the simplest way to get the whole picture and the NEEDS of the client.  Without knowing the client&#039;s needs there is no way to serve them effectively.  In real estate, it is not enough to think that the clien&#039;t needs begin and end with a house, townhouse, condo or apartment.
