These are great thoughts and ones easily encorporated into social media. In sales, and client management in general, we are trained to ask “probing questions” to our clients and leads. It is the simplest way to get the whole picture and the NEEDS of the client. Without knowing the client’s needs there is no way to serve them effectively. In real estate, it is not enough to think that the clien’t needs begin and end with a house, townhouse, condo or apartment.

Your post has enlightened me on ways to be more effective with my social media data base!

I like your take on ending with an online question to get a response, whether they choose to answer the question immediately or not. This a great way to get a conversation going and to touch base with friends.
